Busy day today; as well as phpBBFOAF, I have just written the first version of phpBBFriends, an add-on to phpBB installations with the Profile Control Panel mod that allows users to surf from their friends to friends of their friends and so on.
Installation is straightforward; just copy friends.php to your phpBB directory. You can download the install archive. There is also a preview screenshot of the add-on.

How are you finding WP 1.5?

Not too bad so far, I had a few problems with the RSS feeds not working - seems to be a bug acc. to the WP site on some PHP installations, when I changed to this NAN theme it started working so who knows.
I used to use the Rubric theme for 1.2 but rather than hacking it to work with WP 1.5 I hunted around for some new themes. This one seems to be good, even if the writing is a little small. I like the grey theme you use too, especially the quote balloons

I used to have the same Rubric on my 1.2 install as well. I did get it working in 1.5 but then I found the ShadedGrey theme I (and half the blogosphere) am using now so I switched to that.
If you want to have a look at Rubric on mine, use the Theme Switcher to choose the Rubric theme - I can send you on the code if you want, just let me know.

This mod is for phpBB 2.0.x. You need the Profile Control Panel modification installed. Then just drop in the friends.php into your phpBB dir.
